All you need to do is visit our official site www.adeawards.com/entry and nominate yourself or the person or media organisation you wish to nominate, which include both print and electronic media based in Adamawa State.

How to Fill the Form:

1. Type in the name of the nominee you wish to nominate

2. Phone Number of artiste/management

3. Email Number of artiste/management

4. Content Title (Song/Video/Poem/Film/Series)

5. Category of content E.g. Arewa Artiste of the Year

6. Upload MP3/Video (for Music categories)

7. Upload two (2) Digital Photos

8. Reasons for nomination

9. Social Media Handles, seperated by commas

10. Verify by inputting any two (2) digits

The online and offline nominations would be cross checked by our judges to consider the top five for each category before insertion into the voting portal.
